Gingerbread House Wallpaper

This was the Holiday Wallpaper for 2002. It's for your own use as Wallpaper or a Screensaver; please don't use it for anything else, without writing for permission.

I made it to go with my Gingerbread Cookie Icons.

I had a lot of fun with this one; my desk was strewn with candy and cookies while I was working on it! You might recognize some of the candy, since it's all actaully available. The house is the style I used to make out of real gingerbread, back in the days. The house and all the candy was made in NewTek's Lightwave Modeler. The mountains were imported from Corel's Bryce, and it was rendered in Lightwave Layout, with just a bit of retouching in Adobe Photoshop. (The sky, mostly. because it was faster in this instance, and Lightwave generates excellent alpha masks so it was a snap.)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. Just click on the link to download the .jpg in the size you need for your screen. To save it without viewing it first, just Option click on a Mac, or Right Click for Windows.
