The Cave At the Boat, when you click the mentor, he says; "This ancient temple, once at the main gateway to the Realm of Truth, has become submerged through all the ages. If we understand that Truth makes us free of ignorance we can move in the Realm of success and happiness. That beautiful reality can be expanded, as waves in the water, to all other boats, while still maintaining the magic to move us efficiently and swiftly. Allow your spirit to rise and summon the boat." The second time you click, he says; "Life is a journey. The body is a boat that helps us travel. The soul knows the meaning. However, it is the spirit who gives us the exact rhythm to move. Get your life energy going." The third time, he says; "As your breath moves in and out, fill your lungs deeply with your air energy. As your heart contracts and relaxes feel the warmth that expands in your physical body. You are alive and alert." The fourth time he says; "Through your inner harmony and self-acceptance, only you can move yourself through this ancient temple. Center yourself in your heart and generate the feeling of appreciation. Place your hand over your chest and allow the feeling of gratitude." *** At the Chest, when you click the mentor, he says; "In this chest before you dwell the guides of ancient navigators. If you can open the box and awaken them, they will guide your boat to the Heart Temple. A resilient awareness allows the chest to open." If you click again, he says, "In every life, souls learn different knowledge in this appointed dance between body experiences. Feel the energy spring up in your spine, into your face and eyes." If you click a third time, he says, "Now, briefly, tense your muscles and stretch them. Feel energy moving up and fill your body and limbs." If you click a fourth time, he says, "You have been working very hard to stop and rest. But now, sit back, take a deep breath, close your eyes, calm down for a moment and try again when you have become still." *** When the boat goes, there is music. It's almost entirely instrumental, but at one point, voices sing, "Take me ah-ah"
