There's a flip, so the Expansion is ((30 + 4 + 30 + 4 + 15)*2) + 8 + 6 = 180.

Weft is White 8 Blue 19 Yellow 4 Magenta 10.
There's a flip here, too, so the Expansion is ((19 + 4)*2) + 8 + 10 = 64.

The Magenta was replaced with a lighter blue using Get Color Sets and Put Color Sets, so it would be esthetically pleasing. But I used the M because each color has to have a unique letter.
